FAQs

  • We found through patient feedback that our name was not showing up for the Whistler and Pemberton area. They were also more hesitant to book with a service that seemed so far away, despite our near daily travel to the areas.

Our original phone number area code, despite being a new Vancouver area code, was also off-putting and caught many people off guard as well. So it felt like a good time to freshen up both!

  • For those that have been with us since we started, we used to charge above typical in-clinic physiotherapy prices due to travel/time on the road/convenience. We found that more and more people simply couldn't afford private physiotherapy in-clinic, nevermind adding convenience fees for at home.

We decided to rework everything to below industry standards in order to make it more accessible to everyone in all walks of life at face value, on top of adding limited subsidized cases as well.

We'd rather help people receive the treatment they need without breaking the bank. We want to have our caseload continue to grow through happy patients who no longer need physiotherapy in that moment referring us to their friends and family.

  • We do visits to all care homes, retirement centres, and personal residences!

Please ensure that whichever facility you are requesting we visit allows for outside physiotherapists to come in and practice well ahead of time.

  • We do! We will always screen clients prior to administering any sort of needling to make sure it is safe to do so, and will carry out the task in a hygenic and safe manner. All sharps will be disposed of by us so you don’t have to worry about any of that.

  • No equipment necessary! We will work with what we have in each instance and not force you to buy things unnecessarily.

If you have a home gym, access to weights, equipment, etc., that’s awesome! If you don’t we will make sure your program or exercises will be tailored to the equipment you do have and what we can provide with our own services!

  • Physiotherapy Treatment and Assesments, as well as Active Rehabilitation are both covered under most private benefits plans for physiotherapy. We kindly ask that you check your insurance provider’s policy to ensure this.

Strength and Conditioning is NOT covered under medical insurance coverage for physiotherapy unfortunately.

  • Given the nature of mobile physiotherapy and the need to schedule people in the same area/travel time between, we have a 48hr cancellation policy. We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, it be done before that window prior to your appointment otherwise there will be a 50% charge required.

  • Given that we have just moved to the area and that we recognize it can be a hassle to go in and out of town, we wanted to provide locals with a discount for using local services. We’ve had amazing interactions and services/sales from the few people we’ve met so far and want to help support this trend in our own way as well!

  • We are more than happy to bring Otis with us as he loves meeting new people!

Should you like Otis to come, please let us know ahead of time and ensure you don’t have anyone who is afraid of dogs, or any aggresive animals in the vicinity.
